Sixth Form Admissions – How to Apply
Choosing your Post-16 choices can be a daunting task. Whether you are already at Townsend school or considering joining us from a different school, we can offer a broad range of A Levels and Vocational subjects alongside excellent personal development and enrichment opportunities.
Townsend Sixth Form is part of the Alban Learning Partnership and together can offer a wide variety of courses to be taken on site or within the consortium.
Townsend Sixth Form is inclusive and diverse, there are no restrictions to apply to our Sixth Form except meeting the entry requirements for each subject you choose.

To apply for a place at Townsend Sixth Form, please complete the application form using the link below.

Applications received after will be accepted but may not be used to plan the curriculum offer.
External Applications
Choosing a Sixth Form at a different school to where you studied can be stressful. Our Sixth Form team are here to meet with you to discuss transfer to Townsend Sixth Form.
Once enrolled, you will have the full support of the form tutor, teachers and Head of Sixth Form. In addition, you will be invited to tour the school and join in with induction days so that you can start to mix with other students. You will be given a buddy to help settle you into the school, who will normally be studying the same subjects as you.
