Student and Family Wellbeing Lead
The Leadership Foundations course has been carefully developed by Step for a number of years and has seen many successes in some of the schools they work in across St Albans and Harpenden.
We are really excited to have the course running for the first time at Townsend. During the course students will develop team working skills along with their individual leadership skills. Through a series of practical challenges and reflections students will explore and develop their character, skills & qualities, perseverance, and so much more!
Each small group of students has a brilliant facilitator who each have decades of experience as a leader in various different ways. The facilitators will be encouraging, challenging and helping the students to develop through the course. We can’t wait to see how our students develop over this seven week course!
